A Friend's sudden Passing

Lorenzo Matic passed away on May 30, 2011.

This was a surprise to me, but I am glad I got to know this kind soul.

He would always welcome me

with a warm hug and a thoughtful saying of

"Peace & Prosperity"

Larry will be missed.

I'm so glad Bree Brown is helping me edit the SF Spiritual Enrichment Center E-Bulletin.

New Class November 13th

I will be teaching a new class on Saturday, November 13th from 10am to 1pm called Making Gratitude Booklets.

The above images are prototypes of the fun you can have

with this origami-inspired booklet.

Cost is $25 per person.

You will make one booklet, learn to magnetize your creativity and expand on how to use Gratitude in your daily life.

Shake Day Two

Day Two of doing the Isagenix shake thing and doing it with my handy-dandy, top-of-the-line Isablender.
I tried one of the shake recipes: the IsaPeanut Butter and Banana shake,
YUMMMMMY is all I can say!

I used my Isagenix blender (Isablender) for the first time today! It's a new day. I can make my morning IsaLean Shake with power NOW.

For some reason, I have been scared to use it for some time. I'm a visual learner, so I was waiting for someone to show me how to use it, but this morning I thought...what the heck.

Sure I made a mess and all, but it was fun to actually see that I was making 8 oz. of water, ice and all the powder fit into the well-designed cup/mixer.

I'll get better with practice.
